Rationalizing the need for the boutique and Makeup Studio, the CEO of Jeflops Integrated Services,Jessica said:

"As a passionate makeup artist, I've dreamt of having my very own beauty business. After my makeup school in 2012, I didn't have enough money to start up, so I decided to  run the business from home. I registered as a beauty representative  with Tara and Zaron. I started publicizing what I do via BBM & Facebook. Most of the jobs I did were for free because I didn't have a shop but then I also needed people to know what i could do and that they could actually get the best professional cosmetics care in Portharcourt without having to source for same out of town. . Jeflops Integrated Services is not only into makeup but also offers the best range of clothesline and by the special grace of God we hope to add other businesses as time progresses. Locating a place for the shop was the hardest. In Portharcourt, Rumuola & GRA seem like the "happening" area/place for beauty businesses. So I decided to locate the shop in an area where you can't find such business around, where I can find my target customers  and a place that would not be difficult to locate."
