Buhari's Campaign Posters Out

2 days before APC chooses its interim party executives and submits an application to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Buhari's campaign posters have already flooded the streets of Abuja with inscriptions like "Here Comes The Only Saviour For Nigeria" and "The Only Man For The Job" Having voted for him at the last election, i have been asking myself if i can vote for him again bearing in mind recent events, i'm yet to come up with an answer. For those in Abuja, look out for the posters around Asokoro Junction, Garki and Area 8

I think Gen. Buhari hasn't covered himself in glory considering the events of the past 3 years....

I didn't vote last time around 'cos looking at what was on display, I wasn't going to "waste" my time.

The posters emerging on the streets of Abuja show that all the good General is concerned about is criticising GEJ whilst staying aloof where workable solutions for his criticism aren't forth coming - especially from him. Furthermore, the unrest in the Nort has not been addressed by the good General - at all leaving a lot to be desired as regards his stance on the matter. Or is he waiting to be president 1st whilst his kinsmen - innocent, guilty or passive die unnecessarily - before condemning the acts publicly and unequivocally?

I lost confidence in the system by looking at the presidential candidates on show. I hope we have more to evoke a sense of confidence, pride and statesmanship this time. Then I may vote....instead of watching my beloved Manchester United who don't fail to entertain me and thoroughly too.

    Bless.
