Prime the face to prepare it for makeup application 3. Apply foundation for a flawless finish 4. Use powder to set the foundation 5. prime the eyes to prepare the eyes for any eye makeup 6.Apply eyeshadow 7. Use a kohl pencil (eye pencil) on the water line (lower lashline) 8. For the upper lashline, use a liquid liner to draw the cat eyes 9. Fix the lashes, using strip lashes with lash glue 10. Define the brows with a brow pencil 11. highlight the brow bone with concealer 2-3 shades lighter than your skin tone 12. Use a liup balm to prime the lips 13.
